*Privilege Sets determine what a given user is allowed to see and do in the welcomate system. "General Manager" users are allowed to see and edit all data elements in the system. "Marketing Manager" users may enter, edit, and view all customer, promotion, and response data, but have no access to sales or purchasing data. "Customer Data Entry" users have full access to customer data only. There are other Privilege Sets that offer specific levels of access; we will review these with you as we prepare your copy of welcomate.
