Each month, we segment your guest list and develop targeted promotions. Once you've approved a promotion, we enter the details of that prmotion into the system. This information allows you to obtain detailed reports regarding the effectiveness of each promotion and more importantly, to track the return on your investment.

Reports track the number of promotions sent, the total number of each redeemed, your response percentage, average check per response, total revenue, food cost, "freebie" cost, and total promo cost, as well as your total cost, total profit and the return on your investment.
